Return Policy for Toys:

1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchased date.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Must submit the request 14 days after the product is delivered.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We thoroughly inspect all products before they are packaged and shipped. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to within 7 days of being delivered.

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

    Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
    us know at within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your
